Our school, through a gifted and talented program is working towards identifying and recognising gifted and talented students in our school and structuring learning to meet their needs.

This process is run in parallel to a professional development strategy called the Thinking Classroom.

A focus on teachers professional development is in place to extend the variety of teaching strategies used in classrooms to actively engage in their learning to reach their potential.

Aspley’s Gifted & Talented program is developing in conjunction with an Education Queensland initiative - GEM’s program.
