This unit offers Year 8 students an opportunity to experience both Business and Information Technology. Students will engage in practical and theoretical aspects, which will provide them with a pathway towards future careers in the Business and IT world.

  • Analyse profits/losses, and present actions which may improve business operations
  • Present marketing materials that aim to sell a product
  • Use email with efficiency, organise the address book, set up folders
  • File handling procedures – set up an efficient file management system, with folders named accordingly, and documents stored correctly
