Welcome to The Arts Faculty. The Arts includes the artistic pursuits that express and communicate what it is to be human through Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Art.

Students will develop and share understandings of themselves, histories, cultures and worlds to future generations and learn to convey ideas and feelings using appropriate forms, symbol systems and processes.

The Arts balance and enrich student experience by fostering skills that are transferable to other areas of learning across the school and in life.

Students also have the opportunity to participate in a number instumental, dance and co-curricular programs:

Pathways

In today’s world, our students have access to many opportunities and pathways to their futures. To help guide our students in the right direction, The Arts Pathway (PDF 44kb) will assist in preparing and planning for future study, careers and transitioning to future employment.

Hot Topic!!  

We are pleased to announce - 2009 Arts Tour to Northern New South Wales this August. We will take our one hour show, involving Stage Band, String Ensemble, Hip Hop, Drama and Bollywood group. We will be performing in Warwick, Stanthorpe, Tenterfield, Bangalow and Bryon Bay.
