Welcome to the exciting world of Business & IT! Our faculty offers students from Years 8 - 12 a pathway of learning, through experiencing real world curriculum, which meets industry standards and practices.

There is a real need to alleviate the skills shortage in the Business and IT professions. The Business sector, particularly in the Accounting field is deemed to be one of the biggest sources of jobs growth from 2007 - 2010.

The SAC of the Business and IT Faculty is Ms M Murray.

Strong partnerships have been developed between our faculty, QUT Carseldine and BNIT (Brisbane North Institute of TAFE). Beginning in Year 10, students studying courses in our faculty are directly linked with these institutions, offering opportunities for both Vocational and OP Outcomes.

Students of our faculty are supported by:

• 3 Computer rooms
• Industry standard software
• Printers, scanners, digital cameras, data projectors
• A ‘Model Office’ with a range of business equipment
