Code: JMA004 Title: Mathematics Pre-requisites: JMA002 Outcome levels: N6.1, N6.3, PA6.1, M5.2, M6.1, CD6.1 Coordinator: Mr Michael Craven
In this unit, students make calculations related to financial decisions and interpret and solve linear equations related to realistic problems. They investigate a range of shapes to explain relationships and analyse and solve measurement problems involving perimeter, area and the theorem of Pythagoras. Problems involving ratios and rates are identified.
