At Aspley State High School, we empower our students to take on leadership roles, fostering personal growth and contributing positively to our school community.

2025 Student Leadership Team

We are excited to announce our 2025 Student Leadership Team, whose members have been selected to represent and lead their peers throughout the year. Their responsibilities include organizing events, promoting school spirit, and acting as role models for fellow students.

Leadership Opportunities

Beyond the formal leadership team, Aspley State High School offers various leadership opportunities across different year levels. These include our Big Brother and Big Sisters (Year 11 leaders) and our Year 8 Junior Leaders. These roles allow students to develop essential skills such as communication, organisation, and teamwork, preparing them for future endeavours.

Recent Leadership Activities

Our student leaders actively engage in organizing events that enhance school culture and community involvement. For instance, they have coordinated celebrations like Valentine's Day festivities and participated in charitable activities such as 'Shave for a Cure,' demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility.

Through these leadership initiatives, Aspley State High School aims to cultivate a generation of students who are not only academically proficient but also socially conscious and equipped with the skills to lead and inspire.
