Strength 2 Strength Fitness is a junior secondary fitness and challenge program.
Students
train twice a week, before school and enter a range of fitness
competitions. There is a strong element of personal development as
personal challenges are a key part of the program in both fitness and
mindset.
The Strength 2 Strength program is offered to all
students of all ability levels and is run in the school gym each Tuesday
and Thursday mornings starting at 7am.
