The Vocal Excellence Program is a
specialist program available to students in Years 7-12 to provide
enrichment to those who demonstrate proficiency in singing.
The
program looks to extend vocal students through participation in our
choir, The Aspley Singers, our Senior and Junior Small Vocal Ensembles
and through solo performing.
Students are given opportunities to
perform in a range of contexts within the school community as well as a
variety of local community events.
Students learn to develop
skills in correct vocal techniques in a range of styles and genres, how
to work effectively within an ensemble and how to grow their stage
presence.

- Audition and short interview
- Audition requirements:
- Vocal piece chosen by auditioning student
- Auditions to be held near the beginning of each semester.
